Gremmy's chilli plants are bearing mega chillies this season.

Only problem with the Mega Chillies is that it's only the one type that's bearing all this fruit.. I may have to go purchase some of the other types to keep the batch consistant with the last one..
YES.. I use a blend of chillies because each breed of chilli has a different taste and burn..
Some hit you the moment they touch your lips, some burn just the back of your throat, others have a delayed burn.. By finding the right mix of these you get a perfect sauce that has a smooth constant burn, and flavour..
