UPDATE - Registration for season 2 now open..

Well it's is Official that there will be a S.A. Version of the show, However Mnet still is yet to announce the Audition or Entry dates, and how entries will work..
The latest info I've managed to find is a 'Wish list' of things 'we' want to see in the South African version..
Have a squiz here..
Also unfortunately the Mnet site in under construction and there are currently several different versions of the site running, that dont all have the same info.
(Hopefully this will all be sorted before auditions start..)
BTW. If anyone does find info before i do... Please Please let us know, by posting it or mailing us ...

Hmmm.. I know that everyone is getting upset that there is almost no news from MNET and DSTV about the Auditions..
But as promised previously.. I've been keeping my eyes on the different sites for any info..
 nothing new..
It's mostly about the Australia Winners at the good food and wine show this weekend, And dont forget Gordan Ramsey's here too...

Okay so I'm still scouring the net looking for info about MC.S.A. ..
Looking for any info about auditioning, entering or even Looking for entry / application forms to Masterchef South Africa.. Well so far there still is Nothing.. Those in the Know are not mentioning a thing.. guess we will have to wait for the officials to release this info..
Just wish it would start already...

Talk about a bad joke..
on this Facebook page they talk about the Masterchef S.A Auditions..
One person asks "Have we missed Joburg? When are the dates???"
and of course the reply (Very next post) is... "22-25 September at the coca cola dome"..
When i read this my heart dropped.. For I knew that M.C. Aus winner Adam and Alvin were there with Gordan Ramsy, But apart from this one reference there has been no other notice about the auditions...
However thankfully they were only posting the Date of the GF&W show happening on that weekend..
As promised i'm still watching out for the info...

So another week has passed and still no new info... In fact most of the sites that ran stories about the show have all but moved on to other .. New .. and happening stories..
I think that they basically sitting back and waiting for others to hunt down the info (Like us) Break the news and then copy..
No matter, we will keep hunting, and try to break the news first..

UPDATE:...
There has been some info released about MasterChef South Africa..
Auditions are going to be held end November till December (as i predicted) ..
The Actual dates and venue's info will be released on the 24th October. So we only have to hang in for another 2 weeks. for info and a little over a month to enter....
As usual, we will keep you updated...

While Audition Dates have not been set...
Mnet released a press note that said "Keep an eye on M-Net & the M-Net website to find out how to enter"..
Entry forms will be available on the MNet website as well as from the Multichoise offices in Randburg from the 24th October...
I will provide a link once the page is made available...

UPDATE
More info has come to light...
To Audition for Master Chef South Africa you have to Preregister. Registration will open on the 24th October with the Aplication forms hopefully available from Mnet & DSTV on this page...
Please note: Preregistration is required before you can audition. Make sure not to miss the deadline... Get your entry forms for MasterChef in as early as possible...
Once forms are available I will link directly to it..
