The Thousands that managed to register online for masterchef S.A. should have all received their Audition confirmation mail today. (got mine about an hour ago)...
So I'm not going to repeat everything in it, but here are the highlights..
Make note of the Checklist in the mail for things to bring to the audition including..
* Email Confirmation page (Only for those that preregistered)
* Recipe Form (Listing all ingredients in the dish)
* Cold dish packed in a cooler box, & ready to serve
Your Cooler box temperature will be checked upon entering the audition, MAKE SURE that it is cold..
Also when listing out your recipe, make sure that you use metric measurements (Not cups, Pints or pounds)
And lastly ...
NO Alcohol, Firearms, Knives or sharp Kitchen utensils are allowed into the venue, all cooler boxes are subject to search by casino staff.
