Okay so today i went for the Audition.. Well what a process..
Firstly ... This is my dish..
Mini Meatballs and Chicken nuggets, with 4 homemade sauces (Honey Mustard Sauce, Hot Pink Sauce, BBQ sauce & Chili sauce)..
The Que was hectic. There were hundreds of people there for the auditions.. I spent almost 2 hours in the que...
Once through the final registration process, there was a small table for you to prep the dish for tasting. The temperature was checked, then I moved on to the table with a tasting judge.
Well he picked up a chicken nugget and pulled a little piece off the side and tasted it, next the meatballs, same thing... then he dipped a small fork into each of the sauces and tasted them. (Nothing spoken) he then marked off on the form and sent me through to the next room, where someone looked at the form and told me that I unfortunately did not make it through.
OUCH .. that ripped... Well I brought the dish home and the family had a meal of it...
I did gleen a little of inside info, however I did sign an indemnity form so unfortunately I cant make it public.. Maybe closer to the time I will post it in the Spoilers section...
Well better luck next time, and hopefully one of the rest of you made it through..

I agree, the dish looked good, but omg it tasted even better..
Next time...
Temper gets you into trouble; pride keeps you there.
