Sava, A subsidiary of Goodyear, Manufacture a Tyre called Sava Effecta.. Unfortunately I had these tyres fitted to my car..
I say unfortunately because after a few months I now have to replace them all because of Body ply separation.. In November the Alignment on the front appeared to have slipped, and when i took it to a good friend to look at he noticed a large bubble on one of the front tires. I took the car back to the tyre Supplier(HI Q), and after 3 weeks they settled the claim, only 40% of the cost of the tyre, I still ended up paying Full price for Valve and fitting on a confirmed manufactures fault..
Now two months later I had to check the rest of the tires as my alignment was slipping again.. and i found two tires with the EXACT SAME Bulge on one side of the tread for ~ 1/4 rotation of the tyre. Monday morning I take the car in to Exchange all 5 tyres for a different make..
The tyre I replaced in November is still in the back as a spare. it has 0 meters of usage, the rest have ~ 30000 Km's (or less as I do a 10000 km 5 tyre rotation, so that the spare normally has about the same tread wear as the one it will be used to replace.)
More tomorrow when I get back from Hi Q...
Before I forget ... A few pics...

The Big bulge on part of the tread on the Sava Effecta Tyre...
And a video is available on You tube

Today was a lonnnnggggg day with trips back and forth to get the tires sorted out..
Started this morning with a Visit to HI Q.. Because of the fact that i had three tires that were defective, they decided to send me off to the Goodyear Factory's Service center in Edenvale.
At Goodyear, The Service Manager, Josiah inspected the tires. Thereafter I spent some time discussing the problem with Josiah, he eventually decided to give me 65% return on all 4 remaining tires, including the one from the same batch that does not show any signs of failure just yet (I got 40% last time)..
Then Back to HI Q with the Claim Ticket. At this time the tires were removed from the rim and i got to see the inside of the tyre for the first time... (Pic Below)
After spending almost the whole day, I've eventually got 5 new tires on the car. The November replacement was put in as a spare and still has 0 meters on it...
I'v also been told that I can expect a 100% return if there are any further problems with the Sava Effecta Tyres
Three Sava Effecta Tires. White marked area shows the size and location of the defect...
Another View of the Defective Sava Effecta Tires...
The Internal bulge in the Sava Effecta Tyre...

Just for good measure. This is what it's supposed to look like...
